Ideas for early 2011 from my Private Roster Mentor Program Newsletter, which are worth repeating here:

* Who are your top five repeat business prospects? What are your plans to encourage that business now?

* Who are your top five new business prospects? How will you improve your position with them in the next month?

* What have you learned from proposals accepted and not accepted in 2010? How will you use that learning to improve your 2011 "hit rate"?

* What personal development experiences will you commit to in the first half of 2011?

* What are three things you can do to improve your services and client relationships?

* How will you make the best use of the communities in which you participate in the months ahead?

* What can you do to decrease your labor intensity in all new projects?

* What has been stalled on your "to do" list? Can you either move them forward to delete them from your priority list?

* Are you filling in your accelerant curve and enabling people to find out about you with low barriers to entry?

* What marketing gravity aspects can you implement that you haven’t yet?

* How are you going to improve your Internet presence?
