The anti-spoofing protection can't match the sender address and domain, so it thinks its a spoofed email.  You can configure it in "spoof intelligence" to allow that combo of address and domain: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/email-validation-and-authentication?view=o365-worldwide#use-spoof-intelligence-to-configure-permitted-senders-of-unauthenticated-email
