February 4Feb 4 comment_243748 One of the hardest things I had to deal with was investigating valid complaints from the public about our drivers. The problem was so bad that in about 2012 I put on our trucks one of the first 360-degree camera systems in the country that recorded in HD and stored the video for a week. The very first truck that had it on the first week had a complaint form a woman that claimed that garbage fell off the truck and damaged the grill on her BMW. She went to the highway patrol and they contacted us. I spent over an hour watching video from the truck and her car was never near our truck nor did any garbage fall out. What I don't understand is that these camera systems are available and they are cheap and easy to install. in 2012, I had to source that parts from China and other locations just to get the parts. I suspect that there is video of your complaint and they just don't want to show it to you or even look at it themselves. Report
